Rates include 10% VAT.
Rates don’t include the Government Tourist Tax: 0’90€ + VAT / person over 16 years old / night (for a maximum of 7 nights).
- 30% non-refundable deposit required upon booking.
- Final balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival/occupancy.
- Full payment will be required to secure a reservation for arrival within 30 days from booking date.
- Damage deposit 3000€, payable with the final balance 8 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be returned during the first week after check out, by bank transfer, once everything has been checked properly and made sure that there was no incident.
- Payment for additional services you may require will be made before arrival.
- No final cleaning charge.
- House manual kept at the villa.
- Children welcome.
- Non-smoking villa.
- You are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents and grounds in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. You will be responsible for the payment for any breakages, loss or damage to the property caused by you or members of your party.
Included in the rental fees, we provide:
- Housekeeper, living in a separate cottage withing the grounds, available 24 hours a day, from Monday to Saturday.
- Gardener & pool maintenance service (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday).
- Maid service (5 hours a day, Monday to Saturday if the main house is rented, 7 hours a day if the annex is also rented).
- Delivery of freshly baked bread every morning, except on Sundays or bank holidays.
- A complimentary arrival basket in the kitchen (Basics, bread, water, fruit, tea, coffee, salt, sugar…)
- Some basic cleaning products for the kitchen and laundry room (washing-up liquid, soap powder…)
- Welcome amenities in each bedroom (Spa flip-flops, hand soap, hair&body gel, body lotion, tissues…)
- Some complimentary coal for the BBQ for the arrival day.
- Rackets and balls for the tennis court and table-tennis.
- It is a condition of booking that all members of the party have comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for damage to the property and possible cancellation of your trip.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation of your booking , please do inform us in writing (this may include e-mail or fax) as soon as possible. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive written notification.
- The 30% deposit required upon booking is non-refundable.
- If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your arrival at the property or the booking is cancelled due to your non-payment, the Owner shall be entitled to the total amount from you.
- Owner is not obliged to refund any amounts already paid to Owner in the event of “no-shows”.
- Damage deposit is fully refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Arrival is after 4pm local time unless previously agreed.
- You must vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure.
- If these times are likely to cause you difficulty, please advise us at the time of booking.
